The protection of personal data provided by registrants on the website and the provision of visitors' right to informational self-determination are of paramount importance to us.
We treat the personal data of registrants confidentially, in accordance with the applicable legal regulations, ensure their security, take the technical and organizational measures, and develop the procedural rules necessary to enforce the relevant legal provisions and other recommendations.

In preparing this statement, we have taken into account the relevant legislation in force and the most important international recommendations, with particular regard to the following:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation),
- Act CXII of 2011 on the right to informational self-determination and freedom of information,
- Act VI of 1998 on the promulgation of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data, signed in Strasbourg on 28 January 1981,
- Act CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society.

Privacy Policy
The data provided by registrants is stored by Moony Studio and its partners listed below solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and later proving the order conditions. The data is only passed on to third parties if it is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
Companies participating as subcontractors are not entitled to pass on the received data to third parties in any form, they may only use it for the fulfillment of the contract.
Scope of processed data, purpose, legal title and duration of data processing
Purpose of data processing: identification of persons registering to rent the studio and its equipment, invoicing, allocation of the door opening code required for entry, payment processing, handling of complaints.
Legal basis for data processing: Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and services related to the information society, Section 13/A.
Scope of processed data: name, permanent residence, e-mail address, telephone number, booked service, image and audio recording
Management of image and audio recordings: the area is monitored by the Studio video camera. By placing an order, you agree that a video recording will be made of you and your companion, with the sole purpose of which is to preserve the safety and integrity of the Studio and to serve as evidence in settling any possible compensation cases. The normal retention period for recordings is 30 days, after which they are automatically deleted. In the event of a dispute over damages, the recordings will be kept until the damages are settled, or in the worst case until a final court ruling is made.
Duration of data management: 5 years from the last day of the year of performance, 8 years for accounting documents.

Method of storing personal data
Moony Studió does everything possible to store and manage data securely in its IT system.
Rights of the data subject, legal remedies
The data subject may request information about the processing of his or her personal data, and, if the legal conditions exist, may request access to his or her personal data, correction of his or her personal data, deletion or restriction – with the exception of data processing prescribed by law – and may object to the processing of his or her personal data.
At the request of the data subject, we provide information about the data processed by Moony or by data processors commissioned by it, the purpose, legal basis, duration of data processing, the name, address of the data processors and their activities related to data processing, as well as the legal basis and recipient of the data transfer. We provide the information in writing and in a plain language as soon as possible after the request is submitted, but no later than 30 days.
The data subject may take legal action against the data controller in the event of a violation of their rights.
Moony Studio will compensate for any damage caused to others by the unlawful processing of the data subject's data or by a breach of data security requirements. Moony is also liable to the data subject for any damage caused by the data processors. The data controller is exempt from liability if the damage was caused by an unavoidable cause outside the scope of data processing, and will not compensate for the damage to the extent that it resulted from the intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the injured party.
